Returns & Exchanges

At ClubHouse Statues, we want you to feel as iconic as our collections; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure the return is accepted by our quality control team.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
